Qualification Requirements
  • Accredited Dental degree (DDS, DMD)
  • We are looking for Doctors with strong work ethics, an outgoing & personable chair-side manner, and the desire to continually learn and become better in Dentistry.

The Dental Hygienist provides valuable assistance to Dentists in comprehensive treatment planning and plays a key role in providing an extraordinary patient experience.

  • People – Provide a welcoming, interactive, and an outstanding patient experience and service to build long-lasting relationship with the patient.
  • Sales – Educate patients effectively and promote oral health by building rapport with patients and answering their questions.
  • Treatment Planning – Assist Dentists in comprehensive treatment planning.
  • Hygiene – Perform daily hygiene activities including Prophy, Debridement, Scaling and Root Planing, Oral Cancer Screening, and taking X-Rays & Intraoral Images
  • Team – Assist, support, and work closely with patients and the entire office team to ensure consistently smooth, seamless, and productive operations.

EXPERIENCE – At least 2 years experience in the Dental industry. Experience in laser technology, Arestin, and Invisalign preferred.

The Creative Dental Partners – In our Patient-centric model, traditional responsibilities of Insurance Verification, Billing, Collection, Aging, Patient Statements, Marketing, Profit and Loss Management, Reporting, Payroll etc have been taken away from the Office Manager and Front Office and outsourced to a large central team. This frees up significant time for the front office to focus completely on delivering outstanding care to our Patients.

The Key Responsibilities of a Creative Dental Partners Office Manager are:

  • Sales – Present Treatment Plans, discuss Insurances and finances, and close the cases effectively ensuring high case acceptance.
  • Schedule – Build productive Patient Schedule for Providers by making at least 20 daily outbound calls to patients.
  • Patient Experience – Provide a welcoming, interactive, and an outstanding patient experience, in person and over the phone.
  • Team – Lead team members by example ensuring that they are trained, motivated and are operating at 100% efficiency.
  • Targets – Achieve Production Targets by effectively managing Patient Schedules and maximizing team productivity.
  • Operations – Run the office smoothly in accordance with Creative Dental Partners’ Processes and Policies.

EXPERIENCE: At least 2 years experience in the Dental industry.

The Key Responsibilities of a Smilepoint Treatment Coordinator are:

Patient Experience – Provide a welcoming, interactive, and an outstanding patient experience, in person and over the phone.
Schedule – Build a productive Patient Schedule for Providers by making at least 20 daily outbound calls to patients.
Sales – Present Treatment Plans, discuss Insurance and finances: and close the cases effectively ensuring high case acceptance.
Front Office Operations – Manage the Front Office by answering Incoming Calls, Making Appointments, Checking-In & Checking-Out Patients, and Collecting Payments.
Maintain an exceptionally clean, organized, and presentable dental office.
EXPERIENCE: At least 2 years experience in the Dental industry.

  • Patient experience keep as is
  • Insurance data capture: Obtaining the updated and correct dental insurance benefits prior to the patient’s appointment.
  • Scheduling: Scheduling according to the doctor’s schedule and for the patient’s convenience. Keeping a balanced and productive schedule. Maintaining the office KPI for pre-appointment success at 90% and above.

The Key Responsibilities of a Smilepoint Treatment Coordinator are:

  • Patient Experience – Provide a welcoming, interactive, and an outstanding patient experience, in person and over the phone.
  • Scheduling: Reviewing the schedule with your providers and identifying the areas with potential. Keeping a balanced and efficient schedule
  • Sales: Coordinating the optimal treatment plan diagnosed by the doctor with the patient’s insurance benefits and assisting the patient with  financial portion. We use major third party financing companies to better serve our patients. Maintaing a case acceptance standard of 90% and above.
  • Goals: Being goal oriented and keeping each provider on track with their daily and monthly goals. Tracking and planning the status of the goals for the month is a key indicator.

Front Office Operations – Manage the Front Office by answering Incoming Calls, Making Appointments, Checking-In & Checking-Out Patients, and Collecting Payments.
Maintain an exceptionally clean, organized, and presentable dental office.
EXPERIENCE: At least 2 years experience in the Dental industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Take and develop dental x-rays
  • Set up and maintain dental equipment and instruments
  • Sterilize instruments and prepare treatment rooms
  • Take patient medical histories and record vital signs
  • Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-operative care
  • Manage inventory and order supplies
  • Perform administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments and answering phone calls

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a dental assistant
  • Knowledge of dental procedures and terminology
  • X-ray certification and CPR certification
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills

The Dental Implant Coordinator provides valuable assistance to Dentists and plays a key role in providing an extraordinary patient experience.

  • Patient Education – Educate Patients effectively and promote dental services by building rapport with patients and answering their questions.
  • Dental Assisting – Perform daily dental assisting activities including preparing operatories, taking digital dental x-rays, intraoral images, impressions, bite registrations, etc.
  • Charting – Assist Dentists in charting and comprehensive treatment planning.
  • Schedule – Make at least 20 daily outbound calls to patients to build healthy Patient Schedule
  • Dental Supplies – Order and maintain inventory of Dental Supplies and Instruments
  • Lab Cases – Send, receive and track Lab cases
  • Team – Work closely with Front Office and other Dental Assistants to support smooth operations of the dental office.

EXPERIENCE: At least 2 years experience in the Dental industry.

The Community Outreach Specialist plays a key role in generating awareness about our Providers and Dental Offices in the Community generating healthy patient flow to the office, which is essential to making the office successful.

  • Local Companies – Build relationships, plan and facilitate outreach activities and presentations to local Schools, Daycare centers, Churches and Employers. 
  • Local Events – Plan and Participate in local Festivals, Healthcare Fares, School events and Parades to generate awareness of our dental office
  • Patient Appointments – Generate Patient Leads at all local companies and events and convert them into Appointments.
  • Social Media – Collaborate with the dental office to post content on Social Media to increase engagement
  • Bilingual – Must
